Integrated Forming Technology
Hexa Spectrum is produced using Integrated Forming Technology, where the base polyurethane layer and nano-ceramic coating are fused during film formation. This unique chemical process blends both materials into a single inseparable unit, enhancing strength, durability, and clarity.
In order to achieve a rewarding balance of tensile strength and flexibility, Spectrum film can be stretched up to 300% during installation without any cracks or distortions in its structure—while preventing any separation between layers, unlike conventional colored films.
It is also worth noting that Spectrum film has been treated with an additional restorative coating, enabling self-healing properties to repair itself when exposed to friction, scratches, or mechanical stress. This is combined with a brilliant glossy layer, giving Spectrum films their signature shine.
